1. Connection box method for speakers, speakers, and other equipment:
When connecting external audio equipment to AIBOX boxes, distinguish between active and passive audio.
Active devices are connected to the SPK+and GND ports, while passive devices are connected to the SPK+and SPK - ports
2. Upgrade the AI sub method on the webpage, automatically restart after upgrading, and refresh the webpage.
Firstly, select a computer that can access the device locally. On the left side of the AI Box webpage interface, choose "System Management - Hardware Settings - Firmware Upgrade - Select Upgrade File Compression Package (No need to decompress) - Confirm Upgrade". After upgrading the device, it will automatically restart. During the upgrade process, do not power off or restart. Wait a few minutes and refresh the webpage to check if the firmware version number has been successfully updated
3. After enabling the AI algorithm, if there are no alarms or captures, you can try to reduce the credibility and adjust the retention time.
In the "Warning Control - Control Settings - Edit Channels - Enable Alarm - Select the Required Alarm Type - Adjust the Retention Time to 3-5 Seconds - Adjust the Alarm Interval to 5 Seconds - Adjust the Credibility to 40" section, some algorithm alarms also need to be adjusted to "Cache Times to 1-2- Warning Deviation to 5"
4. Set AI box IO linkage alarm
Download the 4GCMS software from the official website, open the software on the computer, scan the device, and click on "More Settings - Alarm Recording - Enable IO Linkage - Save Changes"

7. What is the maximum intelligent recognition configuration for 16 channel video surveillance?
A 16 channel device that connects to 12 video streaming channels is optimal (too many can affect device processing speed), and each video channel can be configured with around 10 algorithms
Support adding 10 algorithms to each video, and the total number of enabled machine, non-human, and human actions cannot exceed 15. If the previous channels have already been configured to run out of capacity, the subsequent channels will not work
8. AIBOX does not have an AI recognition box, and there is no alert or alarm capture?
Reason for the problem: The time of the AI box is not synchronized with the time of the camera
Solution: Synchronize the time of the AI box in "System Management - Hardware Settings - Synchronize Time"
The AI triggers an alarm to activate the electronic fence function, and one click defense is the main alarm switch that needs to be turned on. We also need to consider whether the audio addition is correct. Currently, this platform only supports AAC, and other sound additions have no sound by default.
Note: The AI box will automatically synchronize network time after networking
9. After the box is fully structured and closed, the number of captures still far exceeds the number of alarms. What's going on?
Check the function selection in the control settings - edit - fully structured settings, uncheck the selection of facial, humanoid, motor vehicle, and other functions
10. The channel video screen and remote video preview screen are stuck on the previous date, and the screen does not move, but there are new alarms and captures. Changing the channel and video stream cannot solve this problem,
Solution: Contact the backend management personnel to restart the streaming program on the server, successfully resolving the issue
11. Example of smoke and flame recognition parameter testing

12. When configuring the AI box to connect to the RTMP video streaming channel, there may be an issue where AI videos can be played, but preview and real-time videos cannot be generated
It is a streaming program issue with the backend server of the box. Please contact the backend personnel and restart it to solve the problem
13. Tip: The memory space is too full. How to clear the historical alarm records of the box and the video files in the storage space:
Clear alarm records: "System Management - System Parameters - Capture Message Cache (Clear Data) - Click Submit to Save"
Clean up storage files: "Capture record - Video playback - Select video channel, choose folder, click on the 'Delete' function in the upper right corner", you can see the usage of storage space on the large screen
14. After the channel configuration is completed and the designated area is submitted, no AI detection box appears in the AI video, and restarting AI and devices is also useless
This issue is a version problem, which is related to human algorithms. The frame will only be displayed after detecting the target. The new version does not have this problem
15. When the box was first connected to the network, the IP address and gateway of the box were changed to the same network segment, and they were able to ping each other, but still could not access the box's webpage.
There is an IP conflict issue within the local area network, which is caused by disconnecting the box first and using the ping command to check if there are identical IP addresses inside the local area network, resulting in an IP conflict
16. After the box and computer are connected to the network together, they can scan the device information of the large AI box. But the ping is different, they cannot access each other, and the IP addresses of the boxes do not conflict:
Usually it is caused by different subnet masks of the devices. Please check if the subnet masks of the AI box and the computer device are consistent

Related to channel configuration parameters, the recognition rate is usually above 90%~95%

20. How to configure AI box to push data
On the large screen interface of the AI box, go to Platform Access, Report, enable HTTP mode, and fill in the correct address in the server address column (different addresses can be filled in for the primary and secondary services to push to different platforms)
